NOTICE OF REGISTRATION
ACCESSORY BUILDINGS
 
 
Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 13, 2022, adopted on July 25, 2022, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.
 
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 13, 2022, is to add Accessory Building as a Permitted Use in the Commercial Downtown (CD), Commercial Downtown Mixed (CDM), Commercial Downtown Mixed 2 (CDM2) and Industrial Special (IS) Zones, and add Accessory Building as a Discretionary Use in the Open Space (O) Zone.
