NOTICE OF REGISTRATION
ST. JOHN’S MUNICIPAL PLAN, 2021 AND
ST. JOHN’S DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, 2021
Take notice that the St. John’s Municipal Plan, 2021 and St. John’s Development Regulations, 2021, adopted on May 3, 2021, and approved (as amended) on September 7, 2021, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.
The St. John’s Municipal Plan, 2021 and St. John’s Development Regulations, 2021 come into effect on the date that this notice is printed in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette. For further information, please contact 576-8220 or planning@stjohns.ca.
