NOTICE OF REGISTRATION
RESTAURANT USE IN COMMERCIAL HIGHWAY (CH) ZONE
 
 
Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 18, 2022, adopted on September 19, 2022, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.
 
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 18, 2022, is to add Restaurant as a Permitted Use in the Commercial Highway (CH) Zone.
