NOTICE OF REGISTRATION
DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS No. 708, 2020
 
Take notice that the City of St. John’s amendment adopted on August 17, 2020, has been registered by the Minister of Environment, Climate Change and Municipalities.
 
In general terms, the purpose of Development Regulations Amendment Number 708, 2020, is to update Section 9 – Off-Street Parking Requirements for buildings with five or more occupancies, to assist with parking calculations of older, mixed-use buildings.
