NOTICE OF REGISTRATION
DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS No. 713, 2020
Take notice that the City of St. John’s amendment adopted on November 16, 2020, has been registered by the Minister of Environment, Climate Change and Municipalities.
In general terms, the purpose of Development Regulations Amendment Number 713, 2020, is to remove percentage requirements from the definition of Subsidiary Apartment.
