Online Vehicle Auction

An online vehicle auction will take place at fitzpatricksauction.com, starting at 5 p.m. Sunday June 11, ending at 8 p.m. on Monday June 12.
In accordance with the provision of Section 166 (4) of the City of St. John's Act, impounded motor vehicles held by the City of St. John's are sold twice a year via online auction hosted by Fitzpatrick's Auction.

Conditions of Sale:
- All items sold "As is, where is" with all faults (no keys)
- Payment to be made on the day of sale
- A $100 refundable deposit is required to obtain a bidding number
- A $10 vehicle lien search fee per vehicle applies to successful bidders
- Delivery to be taken the day of sale, except in the case of multi-vehicular sale where delivery can be extended up to seven days
- All purchased vehicles must be towed or carried on flatbed from the City Municipal Yard
- By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have “NOT” examined the items to their satisfaction
- All applicable taxes apply to sales
- No bills of sales will be provided, receipt only
- Payments accepted: EMT to auction@nfld.net (password auction), credit card via phone, cash, debit/credit, or certified cheque
- Fitzpatrick's Auction will not ship items
