The appeal board hearing for 47 Grenfell Avenue is postponed due to unavailability of a quorum. This notice will be reposted when the new appeal board hearing date has been finalized.

An appeal against decisions of the Department of Planning, Engineering and Regulatory Services to require correction of deficiencies (building and electrical) in relation property at 47 Grenfell Avenue in accordance with the City of St. John's Building By-law.

The appeal hearing takes place at 12:15 p.m., Wednesday, May 8, 2019 in Conference Room A, fourth floor City Hall.

Any persons whose properties are affected by the above-noted appeals has the right to be heard and to give evidence theron and are requested to notify the City Clerk by one of:
