PROMULGATION NOTICE
ST. JOHN’S TICKETING AMENDMENT (AMENDMENT NO. 1-2020)  BY-LAW

TAKE NOTICE that the St. John’s Municipal Council has enacted the St. John’s Ticketing Amendment (Amendment No. 1-2020) By-Law. The said By-Law was passed by Council on the 14th day of December, A.D., 2020, so as to amend:

1. Section 6(6) of the Ticketing Amendment By-Law to increase the minimum fine from $50.00 to $60.00;
2. Section 7(2) of the Ticketing Amendment By-Law to increase the minimum fine from $60.00 to $75.00;
3. Section 9(2) of the Ticketing Amendment By-Law to increase the minimum fine from $60.00 to $75.00;
4. Section 10(3) of the Ticketing Amendment By-Law to increase the minimum fine from $60.00 to $75.00;
5. Section 11(2) of the Ticketing Amendment By-Law to increase the minimum fine from $60.00 to $75.00; and
6. Section 13(3) of the Ticketing Amendment By-Law to increase the minimum fine from $60.00 to $75.00. .

All persons are hereby required to take notice that any person who wishes to view such Regulations may view same at the Office of the City Solicitor of the St. John’s Municipal Council at City Hall, and that any person who wishes to obtain a copy thereof may obtain it at the said office upon the payment of a reasonable charge as established by the St. John’s Municipal Council for such copy.
