Cancelled - Public Information Session - 32-36 Temperance Street

The Public Information Session to be held on Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2015, 7 p.m. City Hall, has been cancelled.

RJC Services has submitted an application for approval to develop the property at 32-36 Temperance Street for the purpose of a residential development. The proposed development will comprise of a 38 unit, 4-storey residential condominium apartment building with 44 underground parking spaces. Parking will be accessed from U.S. Army Dock Road with no parking or entrances on Temperance Street. The building design will be terraced in line with the slope of Temperance Street, with a height of just one floor above Battery Road.
 
The subject property is in the Commercial Central Mixed (CCM) Zone. Council has the discretion to allow residential use on the ground floor (first storey) in a building in the CCM Zone.
