Public Information Session - 97 Elizabeth Avenue

The City of St. John's will hold a public information session on this application. A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted by St. John’s Native Friendship Centre requesting permission to convert the dwelling located at civic number 97 Elizabeth Avenue into a day care centre. The proposed business will consist of three classrooms which occupy a floor area of approximately 150 m2 combined. The Daycare will be operated Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The business will involve caring for 36 children. There are six on-site parking spaces proposed for the business.
The Public Information Session will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2013, 7 p.m. in the Foran/Greene Room, fourth floor, City Hall.
