Public Meeting - 146-148 Ladysmith Drive

The St. John’s Municipal Council is considering an application from Northern Property REIT to rezone property at 146-148 Ladysmith Drive to the Apartment Medium Density (A2) Zone. This would allow development of three, four-storey apartment buildings (two 79 unit buildings and one 71 unit building). A Land Use Assessment Report (LUAR) has been completed by the applicant.

The Public Meeting will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2014, 7 p.m., Foran/Greene Room, fourth floor, City Hall.
