Description
The City has received an application from The Brigus Production Company Inc. for offices such as business offices, law offices, medical/dental or similar uses at 19 King’s Bridge Road. The City of St. John’s is considering rezoning this property from the Institutional (INST) Zone to the Commercial Neighbourhood (CN) Zone to accommodate the proposed uses. Office and Clinic are Permitted Uses in the CN Zone. A Municipal Plan amendment is also required.
