The purpose of this rezoning application is to accommodate a proposed North Atlantic Petroleum station with convenience store and a Tim Horton’s restaurant with drive-thru. Under the Development Regulations this property is zoned Commercial Neighbourhood (CN) and Residential Medium Density (R2). Under the new proposed rezoning, a portion of the R2 lands will be rezoned CN and another portion of the R2 lands will be rezoned Open Space (O) Zone. An amendment to the Municipal Plan will be required.
