Public Meeting - 26 Logy Bay Road

The City has received an application from Gibbons Snow Architects Inc. to have property situated at 26 Logy Bay Road rezoned from the Residential Low Density (R1) Zone to the Apartment Low Density (A1) Zone. The purpose of this rezoning is to facilitate the development of an apartment building containing eight dwelling units and having a height of two storeys. A Land Use Assessment Report (LUAR) has been submitted to the City.

The Public Meeting will be held on Thursday, Nov. 27, 2014, 7 p.m., Foran/Greene Room, fourth floor, City Hall. Any person wishing to make a submission on this application prior to the public meeting must provide a signed written statement to Office of the City Clerk either by mail: P.O. The public meeting will be chaired by a member of Council.
