Public Meeting - 43-53 Rowan Street (Churchill Square)

The City of St. John's is considering a text amendment to the St. John’s Development Regulations which would amend the Commercial Mixed Use (CM) Zone to allow additional Building Height, Floor Area Ratio (FAR) and Residential Density within the Churchill Square Retail Area.
 
This amendment was initiated by an application from KMK Properties for the redevelopment of 43–53 Rowan Street (Churchill Square former Dominion Store) for a 6-storey mixed-use building that would have ground floor commercial and the upper 5 storeys as 78 residential Dwelling Units.

The Public Meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 3, 2019, at 7 p.m., Foran/Greene Room, fourth floor, City Hall.
