Public Meeting - 465-467 Main Road

A public meeting will be held by the City of St. John’s to provide an opportunity for public review and comment on a proposed rezoning of property located at 465-467 Main Road in Goulds.
 
The purpose of this application is to rezone the subject property from the Residential (R1) Zone to the Residential Medium Density – Condominium (R2-Condo) Zone to accommodate the proposed thirty unit townhouse condominium with a central parking area.
 
This application would not require an amendment to the Municipal Plan but does require a Land Use Assessment Report (LUAR) as the R2-Condo Zone is a Conditional Zone in the RLD District.

The Public Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2015, 7 p.m., Foran/Greene Room, fourth floor, City Hall. The public meeting will be chaired by a member of Council.
