Public Meeting - 560-564 Main Road

The City has received an application from Dynamic Engineering Limited to rezone 7691 m² (1.9 acres) of property at 560-564 Main Road (between Main Road and Mountainview Drive) from the Residential Low Density (R1) Zone to the Apartment Low Density (A1) Zone. The purpose of the rezoning is for an “affordable housing apartment complex” for low income seniors containing 32 apartment dwelling units. The complex consists of several one-storey buildings arrayed in an elongated U-shape around a private driveway and parking lot. A Land Use Assessment Report (LUAR) has been submitted to the City.

The Public Meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2015, 7 p.m., Foran-Greene Room, fourth floor, City Hall. Any person wishing to make a submission on this application prior to the public meeting must provide a signed written statement to Office of the City Clerk either by mail: P.O. The public meeting will be chaired by a member of Council.
