A Public Meeting will take place online regarding a rezoning application for 6 Lambe’s Lane
 
Description
A rezoning application has been submitted by Werkliv for three Apartment Buildings with a total of 205 units. The City of St. John’s is considering rezoning 6 Lambe’s Lane from the Institutional (INST) Zone to the Apartment High Density (A3) Zone. A Municipal Plan amendment is also required.
 
The applicant has also requested parking relief of 254 parking space and 1.6% Side Yard variance to accommodate a 5.9 m Side Yard.
