Public Meeting - 725 Southlands Boulevard
The St. John’s Municipal Council is considering an application from KMK Capital Inc. to rezone land at 725 Southlands Boulevard (Galway Development) from the Comprehensive Development Area – Southlands (CDA Southlands) and the Residential Low Density (R1) Zones to the Planned Mixed Development (PMD) and Open Space (O) Zones. The purpose of the rezoning is to allow for the development of a master planned community, which is part of the Galway development.

The Public Meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2015, 7 p.m., Foran/Greene Room, fourth floor, City Hall.
