Public Meeting - 80 Doyle's Road

The City of St. John’s has received an application from Dynamic Engineering to have the property at 80 Doyle’s Road rezoned from the Residential Low Density (R1) Zone to the Residential Medium Density-Condominium (R2-Condominium) Zone. The rezoning will not require an amendment to the St. John’s Municipal Plan.

The purpose of the rezoning is to accommodate an application to develop a proposed residential development containing twenty-four (24) one-storey townhouses to be marketed towards seniors. A Land Use Assessment Report (LUAR) has been submitted to the City and is available for review.

The Public Meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at 7 p.m., Foran/Greene Room, fourth floor, City Hall. Any person wishing to make a submission on this application prior to the public meeting must provide a signed written statement to Office of the City Clerk either by mail: P.O. The public meeting will be chaired by a member of Council.
