Description
A text amendment to the St. John’s Development Regulations is being considered to add Massage Parlour as a Permitted Use in the following commercial zones: Commercial Highway (CH) Zone, Commercial Regional (CR) Zone, Commercial Mixed Use (CM) Zone, Commercial Central Mixed (CCM) Zone and Commercial Kenmount (CK) Zone. Siting criteria (separation distance) will also be considered as part of this amendment.
