Public Meeting - Quidi Vidi Village Overlay Study

The City of St. John's is holding a public meeting to discuss the Quidi Vidi Village Overlay Study. Tract Consulting was engaged by the City to prepare this study, which will help protect the unique character of the village for its residents and visitors. It will also form the basis for design guidelines for any future development, building upon the work of the Quidi Vidi Village Development Plan (2006). This meeting will be of interest to village residents, property owners, and all who enjoy the village as a special place, an 'outport in the city'.

The Quidi Vidi Village Overlay Study may be viewed at the Department of Planning, Development and Engineering, third floor, St. John’s City Hall. To view this study or for further information, please phone 709-576-8220, or email: planning@stjohns.ca.

The Public Meeting will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2014, 7 p.m., The Royal Canadian Legion, 980 The Boulevard. Any person wishing to make a submission on this study prior to the public meeting must provide a signed written statement to Office of the City Clerk either by mail: P.O. The public meeting will be chaired by a member of Council.
