Public Meeting - Tigress Street/Lady Anderson Street

The City of St. John's has received an application from 11368 NL Ltd. to rezone a portion of undeveloped land on the north side of Tigress Street (between 18 Tigress Street and the intersection of Lady Anderson Street) from the Commercial Neighbourhood (CN) Zone to the Residential Kenmount (RK) Zone.  The purpose of the rezoning is to develop six (6) residential lots for single detached houses. 
 
This land is part of a larger parcel that has frontage on Ladysmith Drive.  Should the rezoning be approved, the parcel would be subdivided to create the residential lots, while the land on Ladysmith would remain in the CN Zone.

The Public Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at 7 p.m., Foran/Greene Room, fourth floor, City Hall.
