Public Notice - 15 Bay Bulls Road
A Change of Non-Conforming Use application has been submitted by Salt Water Images requesting permission to change the use of 15 Bay Bulls Road to a commercial retail space. The proposed use would occupy 91 m2 of the main level of this two storey building.
The business would employee a staff of two, including the owner, and will operate Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Saturday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. The business will sell t-shirts, souvenirs, prints, and embroidery, as well as specializing in photo digitizing, archiving and restoration. There are three off-street parking spaces available.
