Rescheduled Application - 129 Campbell Avenue

Due to unforseen circumstances, this application has been postponed and will go to Council on Monday, January 9, 2017.

A Discretionary Use application has been submitted requesting permission to occupy a portion of 129 Campbell Avenue as a Home Occupation for a Catering Business.

The proposed business will offer home cooked meals of the ethnic variety.  It will occupy a floor area of approximately 20.7 m2 and will operate Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.  The business offers delivery services with minimal pick-ups. All pick-ups will be done by appointment only with one per booking. Two on-site parking spaces are available. The applicant is the sole employee.
