Rezoning - 275 Conception Bay South Bypass Road
The St. John’s Municipal Council is considering an application from Oceanex Inc. to rezone land along 275 Conception Bay South Bypass Road from the Rural (R) Zone to the Industrial General (IG) Zone. The purpose of the rezoning is to allow for the development of a Transportation and Logistic Park.
