Rezoning - 1000 Main Road

The City of St. John's has received an application to rezone land at 1000 Main Road (Goulds) from the Rural (R) Zone to the Rural Residential Infill (RRI) Zone for the purpose of developing a single residential building lot. The nearby houses at 1002, 1005, 1006, 1009, 1010 and 1015 Main Road would also be rezoned to the RRI Zone. An amendment to the St. John’s Municipal Plan will not be required.
