Rezoning - 50-62 Bay Bulls Road

The City of St. John's has received an application by B. A. Tucker Limited to rezone land at 50-62 Bay Bulls Road from the Residential Medium Density (R2) Zone to the Apartment Low Density (A1) Zone for the purpose of a residential apartment building. The proposed building will have fifteen residential apartment units (condo ownership). An amendment to the St. John’s Municipal Plan will not be required.
