Rezoning Application - 267 Mundy Pond Road

The City of St. John's has received an application to rezone land at 267 Mundy Pond Road from the Residential Low Density (R1) Zone to the Residential Medium Density (R2) Zone to allow for four semi-detached townhouses. This application will not require an amendment to the St. John’s Municipal Plan.

Any person wishing to make a submission on this application must provide a signed written statement to the Office of the City Clerk by noon, Tuesday, May 24, 2016, either by mail: P.O. Written submissions received will become a matter of public record and will be included in the agenda for the regular meeting of Council on Monday, May 30, 2016, at which time Council is scheduled to make a decision on this application.
