Rezoning Application - 38 Anthony Avenue
An application has been submitted to the City of St. John’s to rezone property located at Civic Number 38 Anthony Avenue, from the Residential Low Density (R1) Zone to the Residential Medium Density (R2) Zone. The purpose of the proposed rezoning is to allow the construction of two semi-detached residential units.
