Tax Sale
Take Notice that pursuant to the provisions of the City of St. John’s Municipal Taxation Act, and with particular reference to sections 35 and 36 thereof, the City of St. John’s hereby offers for sale, by public auction for arrears of taxes, the following properties situate at St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador:

The above noted properties will be sold by public auction on Monday, Feb. 16, 2015, at 10 a.m. in the Foran/Greene Room, fourth Floor, City Hall.
Conditions of Sale
In addition to any other conditions of sale contained in the City of St. John’s Municipal Taxation Act, the successful purchaser must deposit with the auctioneer at the time of the sale, cash, certified cheque, or bank draft for the amount of taxes owning on the property as shown above. The balance of the purchase price is to be paid within 30 days of the sale. HST will be charged where applicable.
Information packages on each of the properties are available at Access St. John’s in City Hall. The information contained in the package is not guaranteed to be correct. Prospective bidders are encouraged to make all reasonable inquiries.
The sale may be cancelled upon payment of the arrears outlined above.
