Telecommunications Application - 12 Gleneyre Street

A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted to the City of St. John's by Rogers Communications Inc. seeking approval of the site design of a rooftop telecommunications site at 12 Gleneyre Street.
 
In accordance with the City of St. John’s Siting Protocol for Wireless Facilities, the City hereby notifies residents in the vicinity of 12 Gleneyre Street of the intention of Rogers to install an antenna system consisting of:
 
Six covered antennas which will be on the rooftop of the building. The antenna system will be 3.26m in height above the existing building which is currently 9.7m. The exterior covering will be the same color and material as the existing building exterior.
