Text Amendment - 7 Garrison Hill - Downtown Parking Standards
The City of St. John’s is considering approval of a text amendment to the St. John’s Development Regulations. This amendment would allow Council the discretionary right to vary the minimum off-street parking requirement for an 'Institution' in an area where the Downtown Parking Standard applies.

Any person wishing to make a submission on this amendment must provide a signed written statement to the Office of the City Clerk by noon, Tuesday, June 2, 2015, either by mail: P.O. Written submissions received will become a matter of public record and will be included in the agenda for the regular meeting of Council on Monday, June 8, 2015, at which time Council is scheduled to make a decision on this amendment.
