Text Amendment - 80 Pearltown Road

An application was received by the City for a subsidiary apartment in the Agricultural (AG) Zone for 80 Pearltown Road.  Currently, this land use is not included in the AG Zone. Council is considering making a text amendment to the St. John’s Development Regulations to allow the use of a subsidiary apartment as a Discretionary Use in the AG Zone. The City is also advertising the proposed subsidiary apartment at 80 Pearltown Road.
