Text Amendment - Accessory Building Use to Various Zones (65 Bonaventure Avenue)

Description
The City is considering a text amendment to the St. John’s Development Regulations that would add Accessory Building to the following zones,

As a Permitted Use to:

  • Commercial Downtown (CD) Zone; Commercial Downtown Mixed (CDM) Zone; Commercial Downtown Mixed 2 (CDM2) Zone; Industrial Special (IS) Zone; and

As A Discretionary Use to:

  • Open Space (O) Zone.

In conjunction with the text amendment, the City is considering the Discretionary Use of two (2) Accessory Buildings at 65 Bonaventure Avenue, which, will be used by the existing community garden with floor areas of approximately 6.7m² and 12.8m², respectively. The property is within the Open Space (O) Zone.
