Text Amendment - Commercial Regional (CR) Zone

The City of St. John's is considering amendments to the St. John’s Development Regulations respecting the maximum building height allowed in the Commercial Regional (CR) Zone (from 15m to 30m in height) as well as an amendment to increase the separation distance (buffer) where an Industrial, Commercial or Institutional Zone adjoins a Residential Use. 

This amendment was initiated by an application to develop a six storey, 28m high office building on 25 Sea Rose Avenue which is located in the Commercial Regional (CR) Zone.
