Text Amendment - Galway

The City of St. John’s is considering a text amendment, to the Planned Mixed Development -1 (PMD-1) Zone for the Galway Master Planned Community, to reduce Side Yard setbacks from 1.8 metres to 1.2 metres. The new setback reflects the standard used throughout the City for Single Detached Dwellings and would allow the developer to maintain proposed lot sizes while allowing access to rear yards.
