Winter On-Street Parking Ban

The City of St. John's winter On-Street Parking Ban for streets outside the designated downtown area begins 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 7 (after midnight Tuesday) regardless of weather or street conditions.
The winter On-Street Parking Ban is in effect daily from 12:30 to 7:30 a.m. and tickets will be issued to vehicles parked on the street during that time regardless of weather or street conditions. This is necessary to avoid interference with snow clearing operations.
