Hebron Way will be closed from the Roundabout at Sea Rose Avenue to the end of the street to facilitate the construction of the Hebron Way Extension. Traffic to businesses located south of the Hebron Way Roundabout will be permitted.

Water Street (from Ayre’s Cove to Clift’s Baird’s Cove) will be closed to motor vehicle traffic on Wednesday, April 29 from 7 to 11 a.m. to accommodate the connection of temporary water supply for properties located in the Water Street construction zone.
...Phase three of the construction project to rehabilitate underground infrastructure on Water Street will begin on Monday April 6, 2020. Work will take place Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Eight parking spaces will be reserved on Water Street between Ayre's Cove and Clifts-Baird Cove, prohibiting public parking to accommodate technical vehicles for a film shoot.
