The City of St. John's posts public advisories whenever we have an interruption in service to ensure the public is kept informed. Some of the categories of advisories include water, garbage, recreation, traffic and building closures. The view below lists advisories that are upcoming or currently on-going.

Three parking meters will be bagged prohibiting public parking on the northside of Harbour Drive to coordinate a large delivery and not disrupt traffic flow.
Thirteen parking meters will be bagged prohibiting public parking to accommodate work being conducted by NL Power, on selective meters at the following locations. Southside of Harbour Drive between Clift's Baird's Cove and Job's Cove....
Residents of St. John's are advised that due to sewer repairs, Baird Place will be closed (open to local traffic only). Crews expect to have work complete by 4 p.m., Monday, May 15, 2017.

As of 7 a.m. Sunday, March 12, approximately 50 intersections throughout the City are without traffic signals, either due to damage or power loss.
Please travel throughout the City with extreme caution; treat all intersections with flashing or dark traffic signals as four way stops.
