The City of St. John's posts public advisories whenever we have an interruption in service to ensure the public is kept informed. Some of the categories of advisories include water, garbage, recreation, traffic and building closures. The view below lists advisories that are upcoming or currently on-going.

The Residential Drop Off (RDO) at Robin Hood Bay Waste Management Facility will be closing at 2 p.m. Friday, February 18, 2022 due to high wind conditions.
The RDO will reopen at 8 a.m. on Saturday, February 19, 2022.
Due to forecasted weather conditions, waste collection for Area 5A and 5B including recycling for 5B is postponed and will take place on Saturday, Feb. 19, 2022.
The City apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
