NOTICE OF TAX SALE
TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of the City of St. John’s Municipal Taxation Act, and with particular reference to sections 35 and 36 thereof, the City of St. John’s hereby offers for sale, by public auction for arrears of taxes, the following property situate at St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador:

The above noted property will be sold by public auction on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. in the Foran/Greene Room, 4th Floor, City Hall.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
In addition to any other conditions of sale contained in the City of St. John’s Municipal Taxation Act, the successful purchaser must deposit with the auctioneer by the close of business on December 1, 2021, cash, certified cheque, or bank draft in the amount of $500 or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is greater. The balance of the purchase price is to be paid within 30 days of the sale. HST will be charged where applicable.
