April 25, 2014 - The City of St. John’s is pleased to announce that the Portugal Cove Road Water Transmission Main Replacement Project has resumed. Phase 1 of the project, from Newfoundland Drive to New Cove Road, was started in late fall, 2013. Construction for the 2014 season has now resumed.
