To enhance snow clearing and accessibility in the downtown, the City is introducing a new parking restriction from 3:30 to 6:30 a.m. daily on Water St. and Duckworth St. beginning mid-January.

Throughout the city from Dec.1 to March 31 parking is prohibited 24 hours a day on streets designated as ‘No Parking Snow Route.’ Winter parking regulations vary, depending on where you live.
